Welcome to Magical Returns!
This one-stop rental shop aims to bring JOY and lessen the high cost and environmental impact of theme park and party items that tend to be used for a small amount of time. It also gives you the ability to have multiple options for a trip:
- Something new each day (your social media feeds love variety!)
- Multiple options for a photoshoot or party
- A one-time use as you or your peeps change and grow.

All Magical Returns items prices INCLUDE tax, shipping and return postage so there are no hidden extra costs at checkout. Please note, there is minimum $30 transaction amount. Rental items are typically priced between 25-50% lower than the retail tag price. Items for purchase are priced a little over the purchase price to compensate for shipping/postage/etc.
Once reserved, the Magical Returns items are not available for others during that time. There are no refunds for cancellations made 30 days prior to your rental period. With 31+ days notice, others can rent the items with enough time to ship, and I will refund your reservation at 100%.
Currently, I am shipping to all 48 continuous states (sorry Hawaii and Alaska). Upon delivery you are responsible for the product(s). Please make sure you are shipping to a secure shipping address and that the Magical Returns package will not be left unattended or unsecured, as once the item(s) have been shipped, they are now your responsibility and Magical Returns is not liable for stolen or lost packages. If shipping to a hotel, you need to confirm with them ahead of time that they will accept and store your Magical Returns package.
Your Magical Returns package will ship with enough time to get to you by your scheduled rental period. If possible, it is always recommended to give your rental a day grace period for unforeseen events. If your package is delayed (shipping or weather-related), I will extend the rental period by the delayed day(s).
To return your Magical Returns item(s), simply:
- Place the item(s) (as kindly as possible) back in the reusable envelope or box you received. Please include all items including garment and ear bags, hangers etc.
- Adhere the new preprinted and enclosed shipping label over the old one (if your package came in a box)
- Seal with the enclosed packaging tape
- Ship with the pre-paid return label
Magical Returns uses USPS, UPS and FedEx depending upon shipping speed and costs. You are responsible to return it to the right shipping location. Lost your shipping label or packaging? Let me know and I will try and email you a new shipping label.
Damaged or lost items
Things happen. However, Magical Returns is a small one-momma start-up shop and all items that are lost or damaged beyond repair will need to be replaced. To make up the cost of the item, you will be charged the full retail price, plus around 10% extra for taxes and shipping. All replacement costs are listed in the descriptions for each item.
Please remember that all late items affect the next person’s Magical Returns. All late items will be charged at $10 a day per item. There are no refunds/returns for surprise gift boxes.
Other things to consider:
All Magical Returns items are allergic to:
- Gum and other very sticky things
- Sprays (i.e. perfume, hair, glitter)
- Customer repairs
Please try to avoid these things.
